Services and Solutions

Consulting
Put our experience and expertise to work for you in evaluating the efficacy of establishing an insurance program in your retail platform. Licensing and appointments
We work with your retail management to assist you in selecting the right person(s) to be insurance licensed. We then provide the training classes for examination preparation. After your retail associate is licensed we provide license support and continuing education opportunities. In addition to assisting with the licensing process, we facilitate the appointment process with the insurance carriers for your licensed bank employees.

Training
We provide all the training your licensed bank employee(s) need to succeed to present insurance products to their clients. We offer a broad range of curriculum and programs - from agent orientation and insurance sales instruction to ongoing training and coaching for prospecting, profiling, selling, and servicing. Of course, any training we provide is adapted to compliment the sales training already used in your retail platform.

We also believe it is important to provide training to those who will be supporting the licensed associate. To that end, in the retail space we offer branch referral training. For branch managers and financial advisors working with licensed employees we offer coaching training to enhance managing insurance sales and referral requirements.

Technology
Our fully-automated sales system is designed to eliminate inefficiencies in the work flow of paper-based sales. The technology uses an intelligent engine prompting the agent to ask questions that are applicable to the individual product sales process. The system bundles, populates and prints the appropriate forms as well as all required compliance and state documents.

All rate sheets, product information, service forms, prospecting letters, and other sales tools are available from the licensed bankers’ desktop – keeping all the resources they need to succeed in offering insurance products a mouse click away.

Implementing this web-based system will reduce costs, save time, increase profitability and virtually eliminate Not in Good Order (NIGO) documents. It provides a multi-carrier, multi-line, and multi-product solution to insurance sales processing. The system is fully customizable to fit your Financial Institution’s requirements.

Our sales system provides for real time review enabling timely back office review processes. All work is digitally archived, meeting SAS 70 requirements as well as FINRA digital storage requirements and has the capability be used for creating a paperless insurance program
